Singing for Better Breathing

Come and join our friendly group who are ‘singing for better breathing’. Recent research shows that regular singing can improve lung health, asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis and improve general breathlessness, snoring and insomnia. It also has a positive effect on self confidence. This group is led by Sadie Hurley every Wednesday.
