Singing for Better Breathing

Come and join our friendly group who are ‘singing for better breathing’. Recent research has shown that regular singing can improve lung health, asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis and improve general breathlessness, snoring and insomnia as well as having a positive effect on self confidence. This group is led by Sadie Hurley and meets weekly.
