Singing for Better Breathing

Come and join our friendly group who are ‘singing for better breathing’. Recent research has shown regular singing can improve lung health, asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis and general breathlessness, snoring and insomnia. It can also help with self confidence. This group is led by Sadie Hurley and meets weekly.
