Singing for Better Breathing

Come and join our friendly group who are ‘singing for better breathing’. Recent research has shown that regular singing can improve lung health, asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis and improve general breathlessness, snoring and insomnia. It also has a positive effect on self-confidence. This group is led by Sadie Hurley. Regular weekly sessions.
