On 5th December the Music Well’s Children’s singing club visited St Bartholomew’s sheltered accommodation in Playden, to sing a range of Christmas carols and songs to the residents.
The lounge was full of people, who loved seeing and hearing the children.
The children sang beautifully for 50 minutes – particular favourites included Away in a Manger, White Christmas, Twelve days of Christmas, In the bleak midwinter… solos were performed by several children, and several of the residents joined in with some if the carols. It was a very joyful and happy occasion, enjoyed by everyone.
