Music for Health Workshop

These workshops are provided at Day Centres and Care Homes for senior citizens.  They are run by Keith Osborne on a monthly basis at Magdala House in Rye.  The workshops comprise a mix of listening, actively participating with small instruments, a quiz and some singing.  They are immensely popular and engage even the most reserved and confused person.
