Singing for Better Breathing
Rye Creative Centre New Road, RyeCome and join our singing for better breathing class. Reseach has shown that singing can improve lung health , COPD, Bronchiectasis, Asthma as well as snoring, insomnia and general breathlessness. The class is led by Sadie Hurley with her wide experience of singing for lung health.
