Music For Health Workshops
Magdala House Ferry Road, RyeThese workshops are provided at Care Homes and Day Centres for senior citizens. They are run by Keith Osborne on a monthly basis at Magdala House in Rye. The workshops comprise a mixture of listening, actively participating with small instruments, a quiz and some singing. They are immensely popular and engage even the most reserved

Singing for Better Breathing
Rye Creative Centre New Road, RyeCome and join our friendly group who are 'singing for better breathing'. Recent research has shown that regular singing can improve lung health, asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis and improve general breathlessness, snoring and insomnia. It also has a positive effect on self-confidence. This group is led by Sadie Hurley. Regular weekly sessions.
